Dogariu named OSA Fellow
The Board of Directors of the Optical Society (OSA), a professional organization for the promotion and delivering of "scientific and technical information on optics and photonics worldwide" elected Arthur Dogariu, a PCRF researcher, a 2021 Fellow of the Society during their September 2020 meeting.
